The purpose of the e-LEADERS™ Method to Assertive and Collaborative Communications workshop is to equip participants with eight practical skills to create a safe environment for open and honest communications.  The e-LEADERS™ model is a way to communicate collaboratively to assert the differences and similarities in needs or objectives. This method attempts to find alignments or innovative solutions by working together with others. It requires clear and direct communication – asking the right questions, and in turn sincerely explaining your own perspective to gain trust and confidence.

The Problem

Sometimes we find ourselves putting a lot of effort in communicating or interacting with somebody, and it ends up going nowhere. We already have in mind exactly what we want to get out of the exchange, but we’re not reaching our desired outcome. Frustration builds, and we walk away feeling worse about both the situation and ourselves.

The Program Outline

Every interaction has a purpose. Purpose motivates us to engage, with the expectations to satisfy personal needs and achieve desired outcomes. Participants acquire skills on how to focus on purpose, understand others, and respond respectfully within the context of the environment to diffuse sticky situations artfully. With the e-LEADERS™ Method, participants are guaranteed to improve their relationships with friends, family members, colleagues, and even strangers.
